Small Girl’s Judgment on Whooping-cough. LONDON. April 18. “ Your Highness, I had a cough and someone bet me half-a-crown it was not whooping-cough, but it is. The private secretary to the Prince of Wales replied that the Prince was very sorry to hear of the cough, but 1 hoped she would be happy to think lof the pleasure her contribution was giving to some other little girl or boy.
