TWO ARCTIC VENTURES.
University Exploration Club’s Plans. (Received April 20, 4 p.m.) LONDON, April 20. The “ News-Chronicle ” says that the Oxford Exploration Club is planning two Arctic expeditions. Augustine Courtauld, who was marooned for five months in Greenland, is revisiting Greenland in the late Sir Ernest Shackleton’s ship Quest in order to climb the highest mountains there. Mr A. R. Glenn, aged twenty-two, is leading a party, the average age of which is twenty-three, to Northeastland. It ia supported by the Geographical Society.
