Father’s Appeal for Return of Quintuplets. (Received March 12, 2.35 p.m.) TORONTO, March 11. "Give us our babies,” says an appeal from Mr Dionne, protesting against the Bill establishing Government guardianship until the quintuplets are eighteen. He declares that the Premier, Mr Hepburn, told him that God never intended him to be rich. He protests against the family' being split. “ I don’t want my babies to be State children,” he nay's, and declares that he is willing to sign an agreement that the babies will not be exploited on the stage.
