Arrangements for Official Farewell. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, March 11. Arrangements have been completed for the official farewell to their Excellencies the Governor-General and Lady Bledisloe when they go on board the Rangitiki on Friday morning. The final scenes on the wharf will include guards of honour from the naval and military forces, and provision has been made for the public to view the departure from the wharf.
