Beach Prevents Speed Record Attempt. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. DAYTONA BEACH, February 17. Rain, shifting winds and sluggish tides to-day failed to improve beach conditions. Sir Malcolm Campbell said. “Unless conditions improve swiftly, I’in afraid it is going to be March before we can make our runs.”
