BEHIND FOOTLIGHTS.
LONDON, February 16. The dispute between the association of members of the profession and West End theatre managers was settled by the establishment of a London Theatre Council composed of ten representatives of the managers and ten of the artists under an independent chairman nominated by the Minister of Labour.
