REMAND GRANTED.
Charge of Breaking and Entering.
Edwin Harold Gunther, of Worcester Street, a labourer, aged 22 years (Mr W. J. Hunter) and William Throp Townend, of Peterborough Street, a barman, aged 35 years (Mr Larrburn) were to-day remanded until February 26 on a charge oV breaking and entering by day the dwelliing house of John Harold Aubrey Moore, in Ga’den Road, and committing theft. It was stated that the offence took place on Saturday. Bail was allowed each accused in the sum of £IOO, with one recognisance of £IOO. They were ordered to report daily to the police.
