OFFICE CLOTHES.

The girl who works in an office need< to pay special attention to her clothes Above everything she must be businesslike. Flimsy frocks and light blouses are as out of place as too much jewellery. Short-sleeved dresses are reallv only permissible in a heat wave, and sleeveless dresses never look well. For autumn and winter, a dark dress with a light collar and cuffs that can be renewed often is as good as anything. One can vary the colour, shape and material of the cuffs and collars, and wear a skirt and darkish jumper or blouse for a change. In offices where a 1 lot of dirty work is done, or where the atmosphere is so dusty that it is impossible to keep clothes fresh and clean even for a day, overalls are useful. If they are made in pretty material,.in a becoming style and with a good fit, they look 1 very nice.
