Lord Moyne’s Party From the Rosaura. (Special to the “ Star.”) HOKITIKA, This Day. Lord Moyne’s yacht, the Hosaura, en route to Milford Sound, hove to off Okarito and sent a launch over the bar to examine the river channe l . The inspection proving satisfactory, the launch returned and brought off a number of Lord Moyne’s party and landed at the wharf. The latter proceeded to the glaciers. After spending the night at Waiho the party returned to Okarito and rejoined the yacht The soundings taken by the launch showed a depth of twenty feet of water over the bar. This augurs well for the future of the port when the harbour construction work is com pleted.
