ENGAGEMENTS.
The engagement is announced of Eva Mary, only daughter of Captain and Mrs J. F. Crawford, Lyttelton, to Dr Norman William Pryde, youngest son of Mr and Mrs T. Pryde, M’Master Street. Invercargill. The engagement is announced of Miss Clarice Read, youngest daughter of Mr Walter Read and the late Mrs Read, of Wellington, to Mr Spencer Allen, only son of Mr and Mrs W. Spencer Allen, of Gisborne. Miss Read is a member of the staff of the Buller District Hospital, and Mr Allen is on the staff of Kilkenny’s Motors, Ltd., Westport.
