Abyssinian Story of Border Clash. PATROL WAS ATTACKED. United Press Assn.—By Electrio Tel egraph—Copy rigli t. (Received February 14, 10.35 a.m.) LONDON, February 13. The Rome correspondent of the “ News-Chronicle,” in a message from Addis Ababa, says an Abyssinian Government statement holds Italy responsible for the Adfub clash on February 9, and declares that a patrol of twenty-five Abyssinians, armed only with rifles, were suddenly attacked by Italian troops armed with machineguns, after an aerial reconnaisance.
