SUPREME COURT.
A verdict of not guilty was returned after evidence had been heard on a charge of indecent exposure at New Brighton on December 16 against Charles James Teale. Dr Ilaslam appeared for Teale. Verdicts of not guilty were returned on charges of attempted rape and indecent assault against Tohn Hudson. Dr Haslam appeared for Hudson. Charge of Receiving. Daniel Ferguson (Dr Ilaslam) pleaded guilty to a charge of receiving stolen goods and was remanded for sentence.
