List of Cases Dealt With by Magistrate. Mr E. D. Mosley, S.M., heard a list of traffic cases in the Magistrate’s Court . this morning. Sub-inspector Maclean prosecuted. Offenders -were dealt with as follows: Cycling at night without lights—William George Robinson, 15s; Eric Dean, 15s; Jack Clarke, 15s; Albert Garner, 15s; Josephine Garner, ss; William Jones. 10s; Alexander Mackintosh, 15s; Yet San, ss; Joseph T. Lindsay, 10s. Cycling on the footpath—Thomas Arthur Guy, 10s; Arthur Hurst. 10s; Duncan Mackay, 10s; Ivan A. Smith, 10s; Alexander Godley Williams, ss. Overloading a motor-cycle—Wilfred W. C. Wright, Jack Hurd, and Francis Edward O’Connor, 10s each. Cycling more than two abreast— George Turnbull and James Reid, 5s each. Crossing a railway line when it was not clear—Gordon Blair M’Credie, 20s. Failing to give way—Norman Joseph Collins, ss; John Hardie Glasson, 20s; Stanley Albert Miller, 20s; William Tredennick, 20s.
