More Deaths Follow Indian Shooting. THREE WOMEN KILLED. United Press Assn. —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received January’ 11. 11 am) BOMBAY, January 10. The Kolahpur situation, where the police fired into a mob of 300 Indians, has become worse. Eleven persons, including three women, are now dead, and thirty-five injured. A portion of the Moslem population has fled to Agra. In attempting to remove some sacred trees, the police aroused the animosity of the Mohammedans at Kolahpur. who became threatening. The police fired a volley of blank cartridges in an attempt to disperse the mob, who attacked them with stones, scythes, knives and so on. The police then fired into the crowd, inflicted many casualties, and dispersed them.
