RELATIVES' CLAIM.
Maintenance Suit to Resume on Monday. Adjourned over the holidays, the hearing of the maintenance action against Richard Edward Green, donor of clocks to New Brighton and Sumner, will be continued in the Magistrate’s Court on Monday. Mr Green’s daughter, Everil Isola Jenkins, and a granddaughter, Rhoda Florence Glenday, are seeking maintenance from him, claiming that thev are destitute. The hearing was adjourned from December 19.
