CONSTITUTION OF INDIA.
British Official Wireless. (Received Tanuary 9, 1.15 p.m.) RUGBY. January 8. The Secretary for India. Sir Samuel Tloare, has had an interview with the Prime Minister in regard to the new Indian Constitution Bill. It is anticipated that the second reading of this measure will be moved in the House of Commons during the second week in February, and that the debate will occupy three or four days.
