The facilities available to motorists for picnicking in the Botanic Gardens near the band rotunda were referred to at yesterday afternoon’s meeting of the Christchurch Domains Board. It was pointed out that the gates into the gardens by the rotunda were open to motorists, who could picnic under the trees. Mr F.
