Dear Sir, —The council have lowered the light signals at Cashel Street, but they have left the job unfinished in this respect, that there is no light signal for half of the pedestrians. Let me explain myself. If I want to go from Ballantynes corner to Beaths. there is no light straight ahead. Is this reasonable?—l am, etc., A WOMAN.
