RED CROSS MEETING.

Further plans for the street flay to be hold on Friday, February 15, were discussed at an executive meeting of the Led Cross .society this morning. Lady Wigram presided. It was announced that the picture by Mrs F. A. I'yne raffled for the society’s funds and won by Miss Nonie Enright, had realised the sum of £2O 16s Sd. It was decided to hold one general stall on the street day, f<> he manned by members of the various sub-centres. Offers of cakes were received from Fendalton, Upper Riccarton and Opawa Sub-Centres, and there were also many offers to man corners. Arrangements for advertising and for a short talk over the radio were also discussed. Jt was decided to hold the nex< meeting on Friday, January 25, and all branches who cannot attend will be requested to send representatives.
