Pleading not guilty, Charles Gordon Mackessack, a salesman, was committed for trial on charges of obtaining credit to the extent of £35 9s from Rental (. ars. Ltd., and £45 5s from the Mutual Loan and Deposit Co., Ltd., without informing them that he was an undischarged bankrupt.
