U.S. MUNITIONS INQUIRY.
(Continued from Page 1.) WASHINGTON. December 4. At the Munition Inquiry, S. M. Stone, president of the Colt Company, who was testifying, said that he did not have any more definite knowledge of impending war than the average citizen. Deliveries of the munitions contracts were made through Canada to Britain. The brief read to the committee said that its author was Benedict Holden, attorney for the Colt Company.
