A FIRM MISNAMED.

In a report of the meeting of creditors ot Donald R. H. Whisker, radio engineer, which appeared in the newspapers of Christchurch on Tuesday, bankrupt was quoted as saying that his inability to pay his debts was due to the failure of Frascati, Ltd., to pay him the amount owing under a contract. At the time when Mr Whisker did the contract work, the restaurant was not owned by the firm of Frascati, Ltd., which controls it at present, and of which Mr L. M Gregory is managing director. The firm of Frascati, Ltd., was formed only upon the failure of the original promoters of the restaurant.
