KAIKOURA MAN INJURED.
A broken leg was sustained by Mr Walter Baughan, of Kaikoura. in a collision between his motor-cycle and a motor-car driven by Mr J. T. Sutton, jun., of Christchurch, on the main road ten miles north of Kaikoura. yesterday. Mr Baughan, who was riding towards Christchurch, with his wife in the sidecar, was struck by the bumper-bar of the car. Mr Sutton was driving towards Nelson. lie took the injured man to the hospital at Kaikoura, where he is progressing satisfactorily.
