GOVERNOR’S BAY GUILD.

The final meeting of the St Cuthbert’s Ladies’ Guild was held in the Vicarage, Governor’s Bay. There was a good attendance of members. Mrs Compton won the prize donated by Mrs C. W. Mnelaverty for most points in competitions held during the year. The sum of £5 was voted towards repairs for the church. Arrangements were made for collecting produce for the stall in connection with the Cholmondeley Home Fete to he held at Bishopscourt on Monday. November 24. A small donation will be sent to Nurse Ferguson for her kindness in giving talks on home nursing, and the members made a presentation to the secretary, Miss Mabel Griffen.
