SHORTER HOURS.
Working Week Agreement in Italy.
United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received November 6. 1.20 p.m.) ROME, November 5. An agreement for a forty-four hour week throughout Italy was reached at a Fascist confederation of employees and workers as an effort to offset the consequences of unemployment. A attempt will also be made to employ men instead of young girls.
