INDOOR BOWLING.
Presentation of Season’s Prizes. At Phil Munn’s indoor rink last night the prizes won in the various competitions during the season were presented by Mr TV. Ttollinson, of the Christchurch Bowling Centre, as follows:—Singles champion. P. Bnist; runner-up, J. Kennerley: champion pairs, W. Dingwall and J. Turpin (s.): runners-up, G. Smeaton and R. Haworth (s.); indoor champion rinks, M. Hollander. G. Paul, W. Dingwall, J. Turpin (s.); runners-up, W. Free, P. Buist, H. Wilson, A. Dickson (s.); buttons challenge competition Cliff Fast wood, S. Dick, W. H. Hagger, B. J. Finnegan <s.): club champion rink for the R. Kennett Silver Cup, W. Haigh, J. Timbs, L. Manns; A. F. Robinson (s.) ; runners-up, N. Wyber, Dr Seed, H. Ward, M. Brown (s.). Olympia Games. The tourney at the Olympia indoor rink drew a good entry of players last evening. At the end of section play two rinks, skipped by W. Britten (Sydenham) and C. Madsen (Sydenham) qualified for the final, which resulted as follows:—E. Langley, J. Maddren, C. Spearman, W. Britten (s.) beat E. Travis, W. Harris, J. Russell, C. Madsen (s.). 3-2.
Owing to Rare Week, there will be no tourney until November 15.
