Otira-Christchurch train will NOT run. 6th NOVEMBER: Passenger train leaves Christchurch for Grevmouth at 7.20 p.m. 3rd AND 10th NOVEMBER: The 74£G pan. Christchurch-Greymouth Goods train will have car accommodation for passengers West of Springfield. 12th NOVEMBER: Usual 8.5 am. Selwyn, Norwood and Burnham to pick up and set down passengers and where required after leaving Burnham to set down passengers. These trains will set down passengers at Addington Showr Grounds. Special Passenger trains will run as required between Christchurch and Addington Show Grounds between the hours of 10.30 a.m. and 2.0 p.m., and between 4.0 p.m. and 6.30 p.m. Return fare—Adults 9d, Children 6d. EXCURSION TO OTIRA. 4th NOVEMBER. Train leaves Christchurch 8.0 am. Return train leaves Otira 4.40 pm. Fare 7s 6d second-class return. SPECIAL EXCURSION FARES TO CHRISTCHURCH. Special excursion tickets will be issued to CHRISTCHURCH from WAIAU - SPRINGFIELD - TIMARU and intermediate stations; also from stations on CHEVIOT, SOUTH BRIDGE, LITTLE RIVER and METHVEN BRANCHES, from Fri day, 2nd November, to Friday, 9th November inclusive; also by trains arriving Christchurch up to 11.15 am on Saturday, 10th November, avail able for return until Monday, 12th November, 1934. On Wednesday, 7th, and Friday, 9th November, tickets at popular mid week fares will be issued to Christchurch by morning trains. Available for day of issue only.
