Bathurst, Parkes and Dubbo report that miles of country are submerged. A dance party of fifty people have been marooned at a small village outside Dubbo since Wednesday night, being unable to reach their homes. The Murrumbidgee River at Wagga is expected to overflow its banks at any minute, and the inhabitants have evacuated homes within the danger zone.

Farm lands at Tuvnut are under water, the people being rescued by boats.
