FIRE AT FLAXMILL.
Per press Association. FOX TON. October 19. Fire occurred at Ross. Rough ar.d Co’s tow hackling shed at 11.bO a tri. and threatened the mill and Hannay s benzine station. Prompt action by the brigade confined the fire to the tow shed, but valuable machinery was destroyed, affecting the supply of prepared tow for plasterers and upholsterers. The fire was caused hv the starter of a motor fusing. The plant was insured.
