JUDGMENT RESERVED.
Judgment was reserved yesterday in the Supreme Court case in which Douglas George Wright and Hugh Black, farmers, claimed from the New Zealand Farmers’ Co-operative Association. Ltd., a credit for the full amount of the purchase money allegedly contracted to be paid by a purchaser under the terms of an agreement for sale and purchase of “ Cattlepeaks,” a property sold by the defendant as mortgagee of the plaintiff Wright. A further claim was made that this property and another property called “ Goodhurst ” \Vere sold at an under-value, and that stock belonging to the plaintiffs was sacrificed at the mortgagee’s sale.
