British Official Wireless. (Received October 2, 12 30 prn.) RUGBY, October 1. A Belgian air liner, whose eight passengers included Viscountess Elibank, made a forced landing this afternoon at the Royal Air Force aerodrome near Folkstone, while on a journey from Cologne and Brussels to Croydon.
