The story tells of a child abandoned at a convent and raised bv one of the Sister . Joanna (Dorothea \Vieck). She lavishes on the foundling all the love and affection she would have given to a child of her own. Drama and heart-break mount to a moving climax when the adopted child of the convent, grown to girlhood meets a man of the world and marries. A sparkling comedy drama of philandering husbands and jealous wives with plenty of unexpected twists in it. Easy to Love ” is attractive screen fare. All will enjoy the clever manner m which Genevieve Tobin, as Carol, undertakes to make life miserable for her husband and Charlotte, her best TI 5 , C she finds that her husband 'Adolphe Men’Ou) is neglecting her and resolves to investigate. She pavs a surprise visit to Charlottes (Mary Astor) flat and seeing her husband’s hat and lighted cigar on the table, she plays up ” to him by pretending she has tired of him and is running awav with his friend. Edward Horton "a sardine-packer. Finally it is the vo’ung people of the house who teach ' Carol and her husband a lesson. Genevieve robin is flawless as Carol. Adolphe Menjou is well cast in his best tvpe of picture. Mary Astor is charming as < harlotte and Edward Horton is a source of incessant delight in the role oi ‘Eric, the sardine-packer.
