United Prees Assn.—By Electria Telegraph —Copy righ t. LONDON, September 21. Cargoes are steadier following better advices from primary markets and smaller shipments from Australia. Canadians are 3d higher and La Platas show 3d to 6d advance. Australians are in free supply and occasionally 6d to 9d. lower for New South Wales. There was some interest in Australians early, but with the renewal of liquidation in Liverpool and bearish Argentine crop advices the market closed quiet. Part of a New South Wales steamer, on passage to Hull sold at 25s 6d, 4000 tons ex Harmanteh at 25s 6d bulk, and by the Ardenhall at 27s 9rl bags and bulk. Parcels are steadily held. Manitobas occasionally arc 4id dearer and La Platas 3d to 6d advance. Australians show little change, but trading is quiet. Futures are quoted:
