The dance organised last evening by the Canterbury branch of the Marsden Old Girls’ Association (Wellington) and held in the Canterbury Automobile Association’s rooms, was attended by old girls of many other schools. Large bowls of prunus blossom, vases • of daffodils and masses of greenery, with gay Chinese lanterns swaying overhead made a lovely setting in the hall.
