JURY’S VERDICT.

Differs From View Held by Judge. Per Press Association. HAMILTON. August 22. A verdict of not guilty was returned in the Supreme Court to-day before Mr Justice Ilerdman in the case of a bookmaking charge against Hilary Archibald Quin. The judge, summing up. remarked that, looking at the whole of the evidence, there was sufficient in thqj. police case to show that accused was carrying ou bookmaking.
