Dear Sir, —The decision of the Post and Telegraph Department not to extend the service to facilitate the rebroadcasting of the Test cricket from 3ZM is very bad policy from the revenue point of view. 1 understand that in anticipation of the Test cricket broadcasts the manufacturers and sellers of radio receivers in Australia had an enormous increase in business and the Australian Broadcasting Commission’s revenue ljust reduced from 24s to 21s per annual listening-in license, by the way) has increased acccrtlinglv.—l am, etc., CITIZEN.
