WINTER SHOW ENTRIES.

Although the actual number of entries for the home industry section at the Winter Show has not yet been made public, it is stated that it exceeds last year’s total. New classes in the needlework section have been

particularly well supported, the tapestry and home-made lace classes drawing large entries. It has been noticed that the classes which received the most support are the really practical classes, such as the knitting of socks and jumpers, and darning. Judging by the number of entries, there should be a good display of work at the Winter Show.
