EXPLOSION ON BARGE.
Eighteen Casualties Occur
at Toronto.
United Press Assn.—By Klectrlc Telegraph—Copyright. (Received lulv 24. l-.'VS p.m.) TORONTO. July 23. Two firemen are dead, four are trussing and twelve workers were injured when an explosion wrecked an oil barge in the harbour while firemen were making an inspection after a small fire had been extinguished. The barge sank.
