FRENCH CAEINET CRISIS.
PARIS, July 21. The Cal: met, at a special meeting, considered M Andre Tardieu’s charges against M. Chautemps in connection with the Stavisky affair and decided that only a Cabinet meeting over which M. Doumergue, the Premier, presided was qualified to make the necessary decisions.
