Anna Sten in “Nana.”
The screen version of Emile Zola’s well-known novel “ Nana ” is booked for early release at the Plaza Theatre, In the name part is Anna Sten, a celebrated Russian actress, who, after two years’ intensive training in Hollywood, makes her American debut in this picture. She gives a splendid performance. Her role is one which displays the depth of her art and gives numerous opportunities for powerful emotional acting.
