An attractive tramway shelter is being? constructed at the Pratt Street tram stop in Redeliffs. The structure will be finished in solid stone so that waiting? passengers may shelter either from the easterlies or the sou’-westers on seats also of stone. All trams will stop some yards further on the Sumner side. This has been arranged to make what has been regarded as a dangerous stop much safer from the point of view of both motorists and passengers. The cost is being met by the Tramway Board and the Sumner Borough Council conjointly.
