TRAFFIC CASES.
Traffic offenders were dealt with In the Magistrate’s Court this morning by Mr E. D. Mosley, S.M. No Driver’s Licenses—Rex Booth was fined 10s and costs, and Madeline Wilcox was ordered to pay costs only. Overloading Lorries—Hadfield and Co. 20s and costs. Farrier and Co. 10s and costs. No Heavy Traffic License—Cecil Joseph Jackman, 20s and costs. Cycle Without Lights—Sydney Jordan 15s and costs, and 10s and costs for no reflector. No Tail-light—George Kempton 5s and costs. Dangerous Speed—Alan Flinders Scott 20s and costs, and 5s and costs for using a rear number-plate that was hard to see; George P. Thomson, costs only. Dangerous Driving—Ernest Albert Sisson, £2 and costs. Passed Standing Tram—Frederick Walter White, 10s and costs.
