Question of Endorsing License. A further adjournment of one month was granted by Mr E. D. Mosley, S.M., this morning on the question of endorsing the license of the Provincial Hotel. Mr Watts, who represented Griffin, said that the hotel had been conducted well during the past month. “ The hotel has been particularly well conducted, the police having received no complaints so far. The Magistrate, in ordering a further adjournment, asked the senior-sergeant to prepare a report on the conduct of the hotel.
