Two boys, 11 and 13 years of age were charged i n the Children’s Court this morning with breaking twelve telegraph insulators, valuer! at 19s Thev were admonished and discharged and their fathers were ordered to pav tor five insulators. The police stated'that forty-four insulators had been broken m the vicinity of the school attended by the boys.
