Frozen Meat Prices. The Bank of New Zealand has receivthe following advice from Us London office as at the close of business this week:— Frozen Meat.—The market for wethers is short of supplies and prices ate nominal. There is .\ steady trade in ewes at rather better values. Trade in lambs is irregular ami moderate business is being .lone; the market is weaker for heavy-weights, but lightweights remain steady. Trade, generally, is slow owing to hot weather. Wethers, light R}d to 4<\ per lb; heavy, 4Jd to 5d per lb. Ewes, 31d to 4|d per lb. Lambs, 2’s 7ld to 7|d per lb. 8 s 63d to 6gd per lb. 4’s 6|d to CJd per lb, seconds 6|d to 7|d per lb.
