JAPAN’S NAVAL POLICY.
TOKIO, July 20. The Foreign Spokesman predicted that the stand to be taken by Japan at the Naval Conference would be definitely settled after the preliminary technical conversations in October in London. Japan was agreeable to the conference being held in London.
