LOAN CONVERSION.
Decision of Waimakariri River Trust. At a special meeting this afternoon, the Waimakariri River Trust confirmed a resolution passed at a special meeting on July 4 agreeing to convert its loan indebtedness amounting to £155,000. The date of conversion is October 1, 1934, and the rate of interest under conversion is 4i per cent.
