DISPUTE AT PORT.

The Lyttelton watersiders refused to accept a call for employment to work the Storm this morning until 10 o’clock. It was contended that when the vessel last visited Lyttelton members of the crew had carried out the work of sweeping the hatches, which should have been left to the watersiders. After a conference between the employers and the men’s representatives, work was started at 10 a.m.
