T. A. Delarue, charged with driving a motor-car at a speed which might have been dangerous to the public, was fined £2 and costs by Mr Eu. D. Mosley, S.M., at a sitting of the Magistrate’s Court at Kaiapoi to-day. For driving a motor-car without a license he was I fined 10s and costs.
