Doctor’s Little Son Dies After Inoculation. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. SAN FRANCISCO, June 24. Dr Byron Baldwin, a prominent physician, fearing the clanger of the epidemic of infantile paralysis which is raging, inoculated his two young sons, Bobbie, aged seven, and Jackie, aged two. The serum proved to be contaminated and Jackie died and Bobbie is seriously ill»with only a slight chance of surviving. The father had a large supply of the serum and was preparing to inoculate a dozen children, all of prominent families, when the illness of his own children revealed it was poison. The authorities are investigating the source of supply.
